As our regular 2011 training season comes to a close this month, we will be on holiday break from Thanksgiving through New Years. We'd like to thank everyone that has trained with us this year for coming out and supporting our organization, our Corporate Sponsors and Strategic Partners. Georgia Tactical Officer's Association - 8th Annual Training Conference
Spartan Tactical and the DS Arms Law Enforcement Training Division are proud to announce that we will once again be presenting (2) training courses at the Georgia Tactical Officer's Association (GTOA) 8th Annual Training Conference & Vendor Expo in Macon, Georgia, March 5th - 7th, 2012. Spartan Tactical will be presenting the Rapid Deployment Patrol Rifle Operator Course and the Edged Weapon Deployment for SWAT Operators Course. Spartan Tactical will also be running the 1st Annual GTOA Memorial Match at this conference. This years match will be the Revenge of the Pepper Poppers room entry course of fire, with prizes awarded to the top 3 overall shooters. The DS Arms LE Training Division will also have SA58 .308 rifles and ZM4 5.56 rifles on display at the vendor expo and we will once again be giving away another DS Arms ZM4 5.56 rifle at this year's banquet raffle! International Law Enforcement Educators & Trainers Association - 9th Annual Training Conference
Spartan Tactical and the DS Arms Law Enforcement Training Division are proud to announce that we will have a vendor booth on display at the International Law Enforcement Educators and Trainers Association's (ILEETA) 9th Annual Training Conference, April 16th - 21st, 2012, in Wheeling, Illinois. We will be presenting the following courses at the 2012 ILEETA conference - Tactical Speed Shooting Instructor Development Course and the Emergency Trauma Management Instructor Course. We will also be giving away another DS Arms ZM4 5.56 rifle at the expo raffle again this year so be sure to buy some raffle tickets and take a shot and winning one of these excellent rifles! This year's conference will be offering over 150 training tracks on dozens of law enforcement training topics. These classes fill quickly so be sure to get your ILEETA registration in early! Last year's conference sold out with over 750 instructors attending! ILEETA's Executive Director, Harvey Hedden, is saying that this year's conference is going to sell out quickly and will be stopping registration at 800 students. Indiana SWAT Officer's Association - 9th Annual Training Conference
Spartan Tactical and the DS Arms Law Enforcement Training Division are proud to announce that we will have a vendor booth on display at the Indiana SWAT Officer's Association (ISOA) 9th Annual Training Conference & Vendor Expo in Ft. Wayne, Indiana May 6th - 8th, 2012. The DS Arms Law Enforcement Training Division will have SA58 .308 rifles and ZM4 5.56 rifles on display for conference attendees to evaluate during the vendor expo. We will also be giving away another ZM4 5.56 rifle as a raffle prize again at this year's conference banquet. Spartan Tactical will also be running the 3rd Annual Junkyard Shootout Memorial Match at this year's conference. All proceeds from the match will be donated in support of the NLEOMF and the Wounded Warrior Project. This year's event will be a 3-gun match with handgun, rifle and shotgun. There will be 10 prizes on an open table for this year's match with the top 3 prizes being firearms. Bring your A-game, this match is going to be fun! INSTRUCTOR STAFF DEVELOPMENTS
To work on staff as an instructor with Spartan Tactical, we require that all of our instructors maintain the ability to perform on demand, all drills and courses of fire that we ask our students to perform. To maintain this level of performance, our instructors continuously attend training courses and instructor training conferences with other agencies and organizations to stay razor sharp!
