Pre-requisite: Advanced Pistol 1 Course or firearms training course of equivalent level demonstrating at least 24 to 32 hours of pistol training, at least 500 to 1000 rounds of live-fire drills completed and a passing grade on a combat handgun qualification course.
(2-day CCDT course includes AP1 elements)
Course Description: This intense training course focuses on developing aggressive combat gun-handling skills that are necessary for deploying a handgun from concealment.
Students will develop reflexive gun-handling skills and tactical speed shooting concepts that will enable them to quickly and efficiently engage threats from close quarter engagement distances out to 10 yards.
Moving off the line of force during deployment, and threat engagement while multi-tasking will be emphasized throughout this course.
This is a fast paced, physically demanding firearms training course! Students should be in good physical condition, familiar with their equipment and have solid intermediate to advanced gun handling skills established prior to attending this firearms training course.
This is an excellent training course for CCW Permit holders, plain clothes law enforcement officers and off-duty carry.

requirements: Eye protection, ear protection, baseball type cap, concealment garment (jacket, shirt or vest), reliable concealment belt holster, magazine carriers, semi-automatic pistol with at least 3 hi-capacity magazines or 5 single stack magazines.
(Body armor is optional unless it is required by your agency during firearms training)
Recommended equipment: Rain gear, sunscreen, insect repellent, hydration system and water.
No inside-the-pants holsters, shoulder holsters, cross-draw holsters, fanny pack holsters or ankle holsters allowed in this class!
Ammunition requirements: 500 rounds for 1 day class / 850 rounds for 2 day class
