VITA |
John is a retired police officer with over 27 years of experience in law enforcement in the state of Wisconsin and is a recipient of the WCSO Medal of Honor for his actions in the line of duty.
He has served as a patrol officer, Field Training Officer, SWAT team member, SWAT team leader and team assistant commander. During this time, he also served as a SWAT and Tactical Response instructor.
He was the lead firearms instructor for his department for over 15 years and also served as a Master Firearms Instructor and Master Tactical Response Instructor at the police academy.

John has assisted the Wisconsin DOJ Law Enforcement Standards Board as an instructor teaching their tactical updates for several years and has also taught classes for the Northeast Wisconsin Technical College (NWTC) police academy.
He also served as the President of the Midwest Tactical Officer's Association (MTOA) for 4 years.
John is an Army veteran, serving both as an enlisted man and Commissioned Officer for ten years in both the Army & Army Reserves and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee. |
